I was previously insured by AON, 100X better. With Axa I get asked for bills for expenses that were already validated by the social security, I don't see the purpose, if the expense was validated by the social security? With people not seeing the request for bills, other people not finding back their bills, they end up with this trick not reimbursing many people, that's so vicious

I got Covid-19 while traveling in Barcelona, Spain. AXA did not honor the active policy I purchased from them, instead telling me, after an Epiphany of phone calls, that I've to pay for all health services and then tbey'd refund me once back in the US, uhich is beyound absurd: How much corruption has to be around to understand that it's insane?

Axa doctors ask if you ever had a bacterial infection in the past, given your decades of existence, and if you are say you did - well, that is a pre-existing condition. They definitely behave like some PPI scammers who would do anything to get your money and offer you nothing. New conditions that you specify you have not suffered from, all of the sudden become pre-existing because of an interpretation of the words. In my 7 months of insurance with them, as a healthy individual in my 30s, I have had the worst experience with them. Definitely an insurance service I will not repeat again. Remember, if you had bronchitis when you were 15, you will never get a chest consultation with them - this was confirmed by their senior staff today. Honestly, appalling, an actual fraud of a service.

AXA is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. You would think after taking out a full cover health policy that you could rest assure you are covered. I was paying £80 per month for 2 years ( total nearly £2000 ) However when I become sick I was told there are no hospitals or services and they can only offer over the phone doctor service. Naturally Im fuming as they were in breach of the agreed contract. Months passed as I went down their unprofessional rude fabricating complaints procedure, I was told “ If you are willing to wait until April 2022 and AXA make a profit we will refund your money” After nearly a year of waiting I finally received the latter to say the profit works out to be £2 and that the £2 is too low to refund so they give it to charity ( AXA ) that letter is from the CEO Tracy Garrad. Please check this companies reviews on Trust Pilot and Google , my legal battle just beginning please don’t end up in the same situation. Next step lodged complaint with Trading Standards and FTC.

Very bad experience with travel insurance in Colombia. They shouldn't offer it if not have possibility to set appointment in Colombia. I wait almost 12 hour with broken finger to set appointment and finally I need to pay my personal cash. Getting refund is difficult, they not care about timelines, not respond to emails. Never again Axa.....

They do not work with some nationalities such as Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians. They denied me service due to my nationality. We live in 21st century. I can not even apply for insurance: my nationality is not in the list. I live in Dubai around 3 years and cannot get service or insurance шт AXA because of my passport. When I called them they said "We just do not work with some nationalities. And it does not matter for us where you live. We have our own rules. And we follow our management decisions. Bye!" Terrible discrimination. The worst company I have ever seen to be honest!

Please Do not get AXA insurance, when you booked a flight from Volaris, they are stealing your money right in your nose! I bought a "Combo Flexibility"and they didn't validate it! They care less if you change your flight or canceled it! Their costumer service sucks! PLEASE AVOID YOURSELF ALL THE STRESS THAT I WENT THROUGH!

appalling - paid my premiums for 15 years, was made unemployed just before the pandemic and because I couldn't look for work during lockdown they have refused to pay my mortgage insurance. They will not take into consideration that the majority of people couldn't go out and get work due to the law.

Beware; A horrible company; i have been an AXA ( Ireland)customer for years paying expensive quotes all these years; Once when got into a minor accident and resulted in some dents on my car wherein no other vehicle/ property was damaged; they sent their engineer and i got informed that the claim is declined as the engineer is not convinced of the incident; Note - I had full comprehensive cover including no claim protection bonus. Aslo they sent the engineer after almost a month after the incident. Just so frustrating how a company can be so greedy to make money and treat its customers. Sojan Antoney

Axa will not help you in any way. If you’ve been driving for years in a country axa is based don’t expect them to treat you anything different to a new driver. They will make you pay and agree on the price and then 2 month after will say they actually don’t accept your documents and they will raise your premium (from 147 to 247€/ month) They also promised calls back that never came. And they sent a letter that I received TODAY to revoke my insurance although I was in contact via email to confirm I was okay to pay more. All about the money and they like to kick down someone who needs their car. I regret ever doing business with them. Don’t fall in the trap of the great public communication, this is not a company you want to rely on for any trouble that may arise.

Very unprofessional to handle my case. I paid the amount from my pocket. And my company will definitely review to renew all my hotel associates with them.

Catalytic converter stolen from my car whilst parked on my drive. Police log number obtained. Must have spent about 10 hours over last week chasing up what was happening. Constantly told delays are due to Brexit, covid, shortage of mechanics, lack of parts (take your pick) and took them 10 days to collect car. Now being told shortage of hire cars (I pay business insurance). I can get one directly but they are refusing to reimburse. I work 30 miles away as a frontline worker. Unable to fulfil my work contract so on unpaid leave. You can’t speak to a senior or email them either. Reminded Axa that all of the above were going on at point they sold the policy and no mention of delays. Now have no car still, can’t work, losing income and told couldn’t I catch a bus. If I could I would. The staff have mostly been polite but it’s me constantly chasing. If you can’t do repairs don’t sell the policy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We are covered for water/leak damage but when we contacted AXA they claimed the report they received said the damage was due to a "corrosive pipe", and not a leak. Ridiculous, as the corrosion on the pipe lead to the leak, water damage and mould on the wall. After contacting them for weeks, we are still not getting any replies. Although we have informed them that my wife is pregnant and that the mould is dangerous to be breathing in and of the unliveable state of the apartment, we are still chasing for replies and get no information (we have not been able to sleep in our bedroom for 4 months now!) We are paying customers, who are covered for this situation, and instead of getting the support we have been paying for, we are left in an unliveable apartment with no help.

Axa insurance have failed us.. We made a claim for damaged roof on 18th February. We have spent hours on phone and emailing most days. They passed to Claims Consortium to assess damage through surveyor. He didn’t measure roof or take photos. We are in our 70s and chasing up on a daily basis for hours on end. Axa has let us down and third party Claims Consortium. Have had quotes ranging from 9000 to 13000 and they have intimated offer would probably be. £3500. Roofers would charge £1000 to replace a tile. Where do we get the additional monies from? They don’t care!!

So I took out AXA Home Emergency cover which included an annual gas service on my boiler. half way through the year I had a letter to tell me that they no longer provide the cover I was paying for. I contacted them about the boiler service to have it confirmed that the cover was no longer provided but my premiums still had to be paid as I had a legal agreement with them. So I have continued to pay £25 a month payment regulated by the Consumer Credit Act for a service they refuse to provide.
