Despite the cancellation being processed weeks ago, the promised refund has not been credited to my CIB account.

I got Covid-19 while traveling in Barcelona, Spain. AXA did not honor the active policy I purchased from them, instead telling me, after an Epiphany of phone calls, that I've to pay for all health services and then tbey'd refund me once back in the US, uhich is beyound absurd: How much corruption has to be around to understand that it's insane?

Months passed as I went down their unprofessional rude fabricating complaints procedure, I was told “ If you are willing to wait until April 2022 and AXA make a profit we will refund your money” After nearly a year of waiting I finally received the latter to say the profit works out to be £2 and that the £2 is too low to refund so they give it to charity ( AXA ) that letter is from the CEO Tracy Garrad.

Very bad experience with travel insurance in Colombia. They shouldn't offer it if not have possibility to set appointment in Colombia. I wait almost 12 hour with broken finger to set appointment and finally I need to pay my personal cash. Getting refund is difficult, they not care about timelines, not respond to emails. Never again Axa.....

So they want me to be on accident first and be ill first? But if I had those accidents and illnesses, they will require A LOT of requirements and proof before they refund or give help.

Yes, you ripped me off instead of doing the decent thing, you also messed about with the refund, i was rold by one guy i would get my full refund and then onlt got half of it, i have these conversation recorded to my phone, YOU AUTO RENEWED MY INSURANCE AND SENT NO DOCUMENTS SO I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE, I ONLY FOUND AT AT THE RENEWAL STAGE, TRICKSTERS CON MEN PARASITES.

Iam so angry i book car and insurance from this company AXA i came in Lisbon to pick my car then they told me this not insurance with us u need to do again i ask for refund they say no. Conclusion they took my insurance i never use plus fake page on Internet plus no hood customer service.never again. AXA enjoy my money fake company

3 days before the trip due to new restricitions we cancelled and asked a refund from the insurance company Axa, only to hear that in small letters in the contract is stated that cancellation due to pandemic is not covered.

with a different vehicle which bears exact value, exact insurance group, even same year etc or with a vehicle lower insurance group and a cheaper value; they will still try to charge a substantial amount of additional charge! This is ridiculous and they assume that we are living in the 19th century and they ignore your knowledge and ability to find cheaper quotes? My car insurance after the point of change was due to expire in 8 months 2 weeks; I cancelled my car insurance got a refund of £721 for 8 month and 2 weeks, found another insurance provider for the whole year which is only £742.
