“Insurance was easily and quickly arranged and I was able to subsequently amend my policy and access my documents online. I have phoned their customer service helpline and they very helpful and prompt in their response.”

“I found the website hard to navigate when I needed information when I called the helpline number they were not very helpful and did not want to answer my questions they just informed me that the information I needed was available on the website eventually they did answer my questions.”
