Been with Bell for 18months now, never had any issues and always found them extremely helpful over the phone, especially during the renewing process. More recently I have used the breakdown cover service and it has always been efficient, timely and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and kind. Would certainly recommend as a result

I sent that in, with an apologetic accompanying email, and received a phonecall not long after how we would like to receive the reimbursement! At the time we chose this insurer because of it's low price for the cover, and now we received first class service! No hesitation to recommend Bell.

Great insurance provided for last 3 years. But unfortunately not the cheapest renewal quote this year. Never had any problems with this company. Very good customer service. Would recommend for new drivers and people looking for black bix policies.

Had an issue with my policy renewal quote. Dealt with a fantastic advisor, Mr James Casey. He sorted my renewal out and was very informative. Great customer service!

Easy to use! Very very good black box service, would recommend to anyone looking for an insurance providing a black box. Better than previous provider.

So far I am happy with Bell insurance. Every time I had to call the customer service team I had very helpful people. Today I would like to particularly thanks Megan Johnston for having so much patience and for being this helpful. You were excellent and very kind.

Great service, great price and innovative technology. By using their telematics box, I have saved over £600 on what my specialist insurer wanted to charge for my landrovery discovery. I have now also taken the multi car option and moved my wife's cover to Bell as well
