"They did not say `i had to have the plug in to get policy. Then insisted on it. The readings for the -lug in were all wrong. Percentage ect. It kept on saying I was driving to much when I do not drive very much at all. Also the time `i drive which is not rush hour or busy times. When `i phoned to try and sort it out I could not get through or any information. I must have called about 10 times and still never got to speak to anyone. I will not renew with this company. "

I have to say this is the worst insurance company do not tell you about the plug in device until your sign up. Wanted to discuss more information about the device, customer services staff not interested and made it obvious. I have sent a written complaint two staff called it has not been resolved. Customer services staff rude and uninterested.

They put my premium up by £300 in one year, then when I left, I cannot get my no claims certificate from their malfunctioning, slow, website.

They now have a call entre abroad and it seems they like to transfer you from department to department without passing any information on to the next person

I am very disappointed with bell. I have been with them for three years now and instead of my price going down evey year it goes up. I also rang up about an incident i had but i was told it would nt affect my renewal price,however when i got my email for renewal its shot up by almost £500 and now they say its because of that incident. They should not have told me it wouldnt affect me if it was going to. Bell need to get their staff trained before they say things they shouldnt. Never going back to bell!!
