“so much better and efficient than the last shower of ____ who couldn't count to 7 yes it's a big number but it's the amount of no claims I have! Glad to be with a company who can save me money and count!”

“I found Bennetts on a comparison website and the insurance price was very competitive and the online forms were easy to complete. I finished the transaction over the phone and that was simple too with no additional questions and hence no added charges.”

“When you ring up you get passed to and from different departments, put on hold & messed about for ages until you finally get to speak to someone decent an hour later. By then you have been charged an arm and a leg for the call. Quotes are very expensive. Better to go elsewhere”

“Good renewal price. However they obviously do not value current customers. After browsing their website I decided I wanted to add extra cover for helmet leathers etc.The website offered 2 deals. After choosing the one I wanted I was told over the phone "This is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY you will have to purchase the more expensive deal"...Even though there was no mention of this on the web site.The whole "NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY" really grates on me when you have been a customer with them for years.”

“I received my renewall documents and needed to check the details when I phoned everything was sorted out quickly and in a proffessional manor and fast. The gentleman on the phone was also pleasant and attentive. Will reccomend Bennettes to freinds .”

“I have used Bennets in the past to insure my motorcycles and when I recently got back into biking Bennets was my first choice although many of my friends told me Bennets was too expensive so I tried a comparison site and was pleased to see Bennets at the top of the list.”

“Bought a second bike and converted my existing cover to include both bikes. Did this at a sensible price: after all you can only ride one bike at a time. Well done Bennetts!”

“Things you should know:Good points:Telephone support is good and you are able to get through to a person who are always helpful.Aggressive on price Bad points:You might be lucky and get a new policy through the post where you have been charged and no notification by email has come especially when the bike was sold.The login in for exclusives does not work with a a lot of browsers and there are no instructions on what you can and cannot put in when registering online. Telephone support cannot help you and you do not get notified how to do it when you ask them call back and or email details.”

“I'll review Bennetts. Stay Away!Once you take out insurance with Bennetts they will not let you end at the end of the year. It doesn't matter that you try to call them and their phone system cuts the call out it doesn't matter that they promise to call you and don't. It doesn't matter that "because of their internal systems" they won't accept the cancellation by email. What they will do is communicate to you repeatedly how they are going to continue the insurance cover even though you don't want it and won't pay for it. A nasty company that you really should avoid.”

“Was pleased to get what I thought was a good priced renewal quote from Bennettspaid immediately and then recieved a much cheaper quote (Â£50 cheaper)via MCN for the same cover. That was my only disappointment which was of course down to me for not going on a comparison site.To get the most competitive price year on year you must not automatically renew with your current insurer.So somewhat disappointed.”
