“Bespoke insurance add on,s ,of which people would pay for , such as additional cover for pillion rider, higher personal accedent cover. People take out insurance HOPING never to use it. With senior riders like myself (56) its peace of mind , you don't mind paying for a good product. Boy racers cost us a higher premium. Taylor your policies. k/r Old fart..”

“When it came to renewing my insurance you put the police up by about 25 pounds.so I went online and got a better deal with your self,with comparison sites,you would think you would try and get me the best deal possible to stay as a loyal customer,but no you did not”

“Incredibly frustrating dealing with Bennetts. From the being put on hold for 15 minutes both times I called to arrange a bike renewal to the seemingly haphazard way the premiums are calculated, I would think twice before using again.”
