“Although I didn't choose the cheapest Policy, there were plenty of choices therefore chose one that gave me comprehensive cover, legal expenses, breakdown cover, personal accident and helmet and leathers. I believe this policy is very good value for money. The application was easy and a decision made quickly.”

“Bought online, all good, response was good. However the 3 star is because they sent me a Temp cover for 25 days, and after receiving my NCD proof, should have sent the full documents, unfortunately their IT Dept didn't so they posted them, waited a further week, got them and also now online. so all good in the end. Great value on price.”

“I was very pleased with how easy it was to insure my bike. And how friendly and informative the phone conversations I made were. Only one slight downside was to have to have proof of my no claims. Ive never had to do this before in all of my years of biking or driving. But overall a very good service.”

“Cancelled the policy after a few days because they didn’t give the full NCD I had on the two bikes I was going to insure on a multi bike policy. Insured both bikes elsewhere and saved enough to cover the extortionate cancellation charge they levied, Rubbish Won’t go near them again”

“they are ok!! But not the most helpfull! If I had not needed my motorbike insurance!!! I would not!!! Have taken it will Bennett's! As the first price I was a given!! On your website!! Was not!!! The price I paid!!! When I tock out the policies!!!”

“renewal far to expensive - i went on gocompare and got the same insurance for half the price as the renewal. I like bennett’s but you need to sort this matter out.”

“Best on price every time. I haven't been unfortunate enough to have an accident so can't comment on their level of service hence no 5 stars. 4 stars purely on price.”

“I had to cancel my policy early which then Bennett's said I wise a cancellation fee. I then took another policy with Bennett's about two weeks later so they cancelled the other ending fee which was excellent. When I call I always get a British call center which they are really helpful and great to chat to. I have been with Bennett's for three years now and even though they are not the cheapest quote they are one's I really rely on especially since it's insurance.”
