“Great price and very easy process. Standard level of cover excellent. Available options of additional cover is fantastic and reasonably priced. Covered and completed in 15 mins with documents available within 30 minutes after. Cant ask for better service.”

“The person I dealt with was polite friendly and direct. She answered all of my questions and completed the necessary details without delay. I was very pleased with the service and shall continue to use BENNETTS for as along as I am riding a motorcycle/scooter.”

“Good price scooter insurance. Fairly easy to do on line but kept directing me to monthly payments when I wanted to pay in full. Sorted in the end though.Bennett's are helpful by 'phone but pity it takes so long to get through to them.”

“The service and bennefits are brilliant. The only downside I had is that my renewal was set to auto renew for double the price of last year. Once I called the renewal was re ran and it was cheaper than last year. It seems like Bennetts were Tryingg to catch people out that don't check renewal prices.”

“Very disappointed in the way Bennetts operate I have been insured for 1year with no problems however now that the insurance has come to end they have reinsured me without my consent with no new quote or breakdown all I have recived is a email thanking me for signing back with them (I have not signed anything or been asked to do so).Not good enough Bennetts and I will be cancelling my insurance asap and take my custom elsewhere”

“After years of ping ponging between bike insurers trying to get the best deal (because for some reason they wont to put their prices up every year) I finally got an insurer that actually went down in price!!! So Iâ€™ll be staying with Bennetts!!!”

“After being with many Insurance companies over the years this is the second time I've come back to Bennetts. Not only were they cheaper than everyone else the level of cover could not be reached by other brokers. not even close! easy to get cover online would recommend. Cheers!”

“I have used Bennetts for more than 8 years ever since I had a scooter. The purpose of a commercial relationship is one of trust. You decided to increase the premium I pay by ca 50% in June. This is insane. And the opposite of a commercial attitude towards a faithful client like me. I spent 30min on the telephone yesterday to be offered a premium which is half as high as the one you were charging me: why didn't you automatically do that?!!Your renewal policy is sneaky and greedy.If you do the same thing next year I will have to switch to a new provider unfortunately.RegardsVincent”

“Much cheaper than others with 3rd party fire & theft. Easy to deal with online and very quick. Not yet had to deal with a claim though. So far a great service.”

“On the 1st phone call the young lady seemed a bit unsure about my questions but all in all helpful. On the 2nd call the gentleman was really slow took me 35 mins to sort out insurance they can only save 1 quote at a time so trying to sort out multi bike was a ball ache the price of the quote went up in 1 hour and trying to sort that out was also a ball ache.”
