“Quoted renewal price was not your best. Nearly lost my business as competitor gave much lower quote. Only after a call to you to cancel my policy did you reduce my premium to a more competitive and realistic sum.”

“Easy to set up my insurance for the year ahead. It was also problem free sending my proof of NCD and was informed quickly when they received it. Fortunately I have not had to claim and hopefully never have to, so can't comment on that. So far so good.”
