“The process was very easy and straight forward. Online questions were simple and easy to navigate. The only issue was that it felt like the website deliberately wanted to steer me towards taking out a monthly plan and not a one off annual payment.”

“Cover is good but whatever you do do NOT accept your automatic renewal quote. It will not be the cheapest by a long shot. I saved £130 by querying the amount - which had risen £125 over 32 years with no claims or status changes. Don't be lazy or they will take advantage of you.”

“Made me happy (?) by giving me a 'credit' of £25 of the £50 charged for cancelling my policy early. I purchased another (smaller) motorcycle and wished to transfer my insurance, but found this is no longer possible. The existing policy must be cancelled (cost £50) and a new one taken out. Considering that it is only a matter of changeing a few details on a computer I consider this a gross overcharge. Will I be re-newing... I'll be looking VERY carefully at the cost!”
