“Very pleasant lady on the phone who explained everything very clearly. Would suggest keeping quote for 7 days through compare the market though. Price went up a little from ctm to actual cash price purchase”

“Not bad, but if you want to keep me next year, make sure your renewal quote is competitive! Every year you put it up by £20 and I find someone else doing it for £20 less. I'm yo-yo ing between you, Carol Nash and several others.”

“Obviously you don't read these as I already submitted one in which I described I my disappointment when I was quoted £85.00 initially but on contacting Bennetts by phone I was quoted £112.00 and the then to finally end up paying £95.00. I will seriously consider other options even if I have to pay a higher price when I renew.”

“Hi , Adey was fine but considering I had a very bad experience prior to him ,being taken off the road(insurance cancelled ) after admitting an incident / modification , which later proved not to be , i wanted to share an incident with you with another vehicle I have. Stressing numerous times I wasn't to blame and they were taking full responsibility .To be told it was a fault claim .Also I felt he was a bullish type who made the experience awe full . Telling me I lost an whole year no claims also. actually with being took off the road and with the estimate for renewal at approx. £820.68 (this before the so called modification was mentioned) thought I would have to sell the Bike and end my Biking day.now consider I have been on the Road since 1980 with not one conviction was a bitter pill to swallow.He was also telling me I had to say when shopping round that I had a fault claim and a cancelled insurance making it really difficult to get a decent quote. Thank fully Adey has now insured me and I would like a proof sending to me by post thanks Martin”
