“Been with Bennet for 8 years with a 4 bike policy sold my bikes a few months ago and Bennet sent me a voucher saying I would get. 25 quid off if I came back to them within a year which I did but they wouldn't give me the 25 quid off very poor customer service as usual”

“They misspelled my name and when I called to get it spelled right I got charged 6 pounds for "change of details". They got it wrong even though the information from the quotation was right, and I have spelled my name correctly for 35 years so no my fault.”

“They sent me a nasty letter doubling my yearly premium plus charges on top for changing policy and were also going to steal the money from my debit card with no authorisation all because they were too stupid to check their own records. I will never use these "people" again and will tell everyone I know not to trust them”
