“easy to use webite,best price i could find ,great all round”

“After having a multi bike policy for 16 months I bought a new SWM 300 enduro style bike to replace the ageing DRZ enduro style bike only to be told that they won't insure the new bike, no reason given ? so I've wasted 8 months insurance for what ? the new bike is even a lower cc . NOT IMPRESSED”

“Would like an explanation of why my premium was quoted as 25% more than the previous year. (Last year £168, this year £214) I have been a Biker for many years with no claims or convictions. A loyalty bonus would also be a good idea as a Bennetts Policy Holder say 20% after 3years of continued no-claims insurance. Regards Rod Hall”
