“Only went with these as it was the cheapest however it's been a nightmare sending all my criteria of what they actually want & isn't that clear as they even need everything of your named drivers ! I hope I don't have to make a claim”

“Initial purchase on line was ok but had some difficulties getting my license code and in turn didn't receive my documents right away. The customer service team were lovely though and were keen to help me out.”

“Wouldn't go with them again based on the fact they said they would send me the paperwork out for my no claims discount ect only I haven't received them! An that's was over 3 wks ago even tho I have phoned them twice! Not really good is it? Wish I had stayed with Sheila wheels now! An it cost me an extra £55 on top.”

“Don't think I will go with them again? As it ended up costing me another £55 extra after I had already purchased the insurance, then they said they would send me the paper work that was 3 wks ago!! I've since phoned them for it an they still haven't sent me them! So NO I don't really rate them! Wish I had stayed with "Sheila's wheels" now.”
