“I don't think it's been very clear how I will receive my documents, i haven't received anything yet. The lady who rang me to go through the policy wasn't particularly clear and spoke quite quickly about the policy - I'm sure she gets bored of repeating it every time to new customers but for me I am a fist time customer and it's important I understand the detail around my policy.”
