4 day delay in sending digital copies of insurance documents, despite payment having been processed at P.O.S immediately. Was assured would receive calls and didn't. Although polite, service leaves MUCH to be desired. Wouldn't choose again with hindsight.

Very poor service, doscuments sent not received, no response to emails although acknowlegements sent. Wouldn't recommend or use again

I have never done anything like compare things on line as I am a bit of a dinosaur but you made it easy for me thank you as I am not computer literate but I try. I am now insured and telling my friends and family how easy it was so try it and save some money like I did

I currently hold 2 policies through BG insurance and I took the second policy out with themselves due to the service I received whilst buying the first. Although the second policy wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I believe that the service provided by BG insurance is worth the few extra pounds difference.

Proof of address would not be necessary to obtain the car insurance as long as You ask for photocopies of driving licence. Not possible to buy straight online is a small disadvantage too. Apart of above all sounds good yet. Greetings

They were fantastic to deal with very helpful,Quick with my documents being e-mailed to me and I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

I have no idea how this company gets a decent rating. I have had nothing but trouble with this company, they never follow through with their promises, they constantly request information and forms over and above anything I have been asked for before, they never return any calls when they promise to and dont give you any confidence that they know what their doing. Please take my advice, don't use this company.

Got renewal and got a heaped quote online was same company and did not match my quote manager gave me excuses why he coins not match kept changing his mind about quote saying this and that not professional at all would about all cost not worth the hassle highly would not recommend at all
