“Easy to use, very helpful with anything that needs sorted or changed and very quick and efficient service, price for insurance is very good aswell, customer service is definetly 5 stars for my query’s and problems.”

“Both the people I spoke to were lovely (Paul & Joe I believe) but I think the company is terrible. Having to cancel my policy just because I've moved house is entirely ridiculous, and offering a less than satisfactory refund after I've had 2 months out of a 12 month policy is disgraceful.”

“My granddaughter is trying to get hold of you to change her bank details for the direct debit she has not had any luck either by phone or live chat the direct debit that was initially set up was her grandads as he paid the deposit now it needs to come out of her bank !!!”

“I’ve been trying to contact someone as they have emailed me saying my card details are invalid, yet they were still able to take money from my account, so I don’t know how that makes sense. I got directed to the finance company that deals with the finance of my policy however, they weren’t even able to find my policy on their system, how does that make sense? It would be much better if they had a phone number that we could call rather than using the horrible live chat service.”

“Claire the advisor was absolutely amazing and went through everything with us and answered every question we asked her and nothing was too much trouble for her and she took her time and helped us upload the documents and talked us through it all and was so patient too, massive thank you claire”

“Been with carrot for 6 months now. They gave me the cheapest quote and I’ve not had one problem with any of their team or services. I also needed to purchase some more miles and they were quick and helpful for me to do so. 100% recommend!”
