“The renewal quote was much lower than we had expected. We have stayed with them for the 3rd year running and kept the Black Box which makes everyone in our household feel a lot safer. The chat service worked extremely well, although at first I was a little suspicious of using it to discuss and negotiate. However the salesperson was extremely proficient and was willing to investigate and investigate our specific alterations”

“Quick and easy live chat service for anything you need, guaranteed to get help for any query you have. I was able to get a quote to top up my miles at my desk at work without taking time out to phone. Very friendly staff. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and polite and always goes the extra mile. I've only been with carrot one year and wish to stay with them as long as possible! They're the best insurer for new drivers.”

“They have been so understanding in the middle of the pandemic and I love the point point scheme as well such a good incentive to make drivers more aware of their behaviour on the road.”

“Carrot were my cheapest quote, and at first it made me skeptical as I hadn't heard of them before, but so far my experience has ben nothing but pleasant, would recommend them to others especially young drivers looking for blackbox insurance.”
