I've never experienced a delivery or returns experience through carrot but have read reviews and heard from others I know that are with carrot that delivery and returns are also very simple with help avaliable from the customer service if needed.

Customer service is great once you manage to get through to someone on the online chat and price has always been great as both years iv used carrot they have been the best on price. Delivery, returns as refunds I have never had to use so couldn’t comment on them.
