“Brilliant insurance company from the start. Their insurance premiums are extremely reasonable for first time costumers as I found myself. They have an excellent team to help you get started with any problems you face, response times are excellent and their live chat help line works like a dream.”

“It’s frustrating that they don’t have a telephone for customers to ring, it once took me an hour and a half to get through the live chat... however, once I was through to them their customer service was really good and they were really helpful in answering all my questions.”

“Great insurance company. When there was a problem with my black box it wasn't an issue for Carrot. The customer service colleagues are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The online chat is really good. You are kept up to date with info from Carrot with regular emails. The rewards for driving safely are good also and at the end of the year the discount is very competitive. I would recommend insuring with this company.”

“No Phone communication so hard to get hold of. Live chat says they will review description and will be in touch via email. very unhappy with service and communications. Wouldnt recoomend unless they get that sorted.”

“As a young driver I came across carrot insurance which was outstandingly better than all the other companies I had searched through, I found the online chat exceptionally good and the advisors were very helpful. This is now my 2nd year with Carrot”

“Always are able to deal with my problems and enquiries. The only thing is that sometimes is takes a while to get through to a agent on the live chats, but I guess that can’t be helped. Overall experience is very good and will continue my policy with you.”

“I found it easy to set up my insurance and sort a date for fitting the telematics device. I had to use online chat to upload documents, but there wasn’t a long wait to get through to an advisor.”

“It was easy to register to carrot insurance and everything was very clear. I had an easy experience. I got my black box installed within 14 days and the person who came to do it did it quickly and efficiently.”

“I never thought I would have a good car insurance experience especially since I am a new driver but carrot insurance has been truly amazing. I love the fact that they give point back to their customers, I am able to monitor my driving and what areas I need to improve in in order to be safer. Their customer service is also amazing I always feel like i am talking to a friends rather than a stranger!”
