“I have just insured my first car with Carrot and the whole process was nice and simple, no headaches at all. Although you can only speak to an agent on the phone for limited purposes, the live chat with an agent was very useful and provided the correct information and details in no time, answering all my questions. Great!”

“Good to talk to very understanding people are always really friendly on live chat wish there was a phone line tho as the chats can be busy wouldn’t fault them tho great company”

“Carrot has been amazingly helpful in changing my policy. I had insurance with them for my first car and the transition into changing my insurance for my second car was super easy! Also carrot was able to call me and speak to me through the process as it’s a very stressful time changing car, however the insurance part was made super easy thanks to carrot!”

“I hear a lot of negativity surrounding insurance companies. Especially “black box” companies. However, i’ve been with carrot now for two years and never had a problem with them, any queries I have with them get resolved instantaneously. Every agent I have spoke to on the live chat over the years have been extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend carrot to any drivers, Young Middle Aged or old !”

“As well as being the cheapest insurer for a young driver like myself, the customer service is outstanding with staff eager to help and super friendly, The black box is also very reasonable.”

“As a newish driver it can be quite baffling to sort out your car insurance but the service team were really helpful and considerate with helping me get a new policy, the price is also a lot better that most places.”
