“churchill far more reasonable charges than RAC who we were loyal to for many many years . no occassion to use tem but reassured I have insurance of course even tho mileage is much lower during Lock down”

“I’ve found Churchill to be a very good,competitive insurance provider.They also send newsletters to my mobile once a month which are very informative & useful,all in all I’ve found them a good insurance provider.”

“Cancel in time but they still attempted to take money then sent me letters demanding a cancellation fee. On hold for 40 minutes, insurance is fine as long as you don't have to contact them for anything. Complaints response is we can see this has been resolved, yes it cost me 40 plus min of time wasted. Absolutely useless”

“Had a windscreen claim - we all know that its normally Autoglass, but the claims page gives the windscreen number as the main claims number - you call it then it tells you to call Autoglass and gives the proper number!! Their number then tells you you have to register your claim on line!! Churchill booklet needs to tell you how all this and avoid all the faffing around.”

“Fine until you try to claim! I Was disconnected 3 separate x whilst awaiting agents to return with relevant info. Had to provide claim info afresh every time. Spent a whole afternoon trying to book in a claim to get fixed after a non/fault accident then I had to find a garage myself”
