“recovery claims where slow and very rude employes on the other end of phone,and unless you kept on at them you got nothing from them, took me nearly 7months and countless phone calls to get my £200 excess back from them, very poor customer service, will not be renewing policy with them”

“provided details they asked for but they wanted more. I had sent all the documents I had, I ended up going back to my previous company to insure my car and cancelled policy with churchill. they did not return any of the documents I had sent them and because of the time it took they charged me most of the money I had paid to them.Will never use them in future..”
