“Whilst trying to obtain a quote to update my car insurance due to changing my car I had an e-mail chat with one their customer support team. Very informative and as helpful as could be. As I wanted to confirm a few things before proceeding with the changes the gentleman gave me an option of a phone call or he could do it for me. I preferred to call someone so he offered me the call centre number which I called. My car insurance change was dealt with inside 10 minutes.”

“I HAD A RECENT CLAIM ON THE HOUSE INSURANCE. THE SERVICE FROM CHURCHILL STAFF BY TELEPHONE WAS EXTREMELY GOOD AND EFFICIENT. ARRANGEMENTS FOR AN ASSESOR VISIT WAS SWIFTLY ORGANISED, THE ASSESSMENT THOROUGHLY DONE. THE RESULT OF THE VISIT MEANT A SUCCEFFUL CLAIM WHICH WAS QUICKLY ACKNOWLEDGED AND PAID.
