“They charged me for everything... charging me £53 when my policy was expiring next month, £13 pounds to change an address online. Absolutely ridiculous, especially when I have done the same with my other car (insured with AXA, everything for free)!! Worst insurance ever and I will never go through Churchill again!”

“Found Churchill to be a fair price for what I needed on the " Go Compare" site. I was with this company for many years until they put prices up for regular users. I hope they have changed now when I renew as I think existing customers should be eligible for the best prices.”

“Not the most competitive insurer on the market. I took out new insurance on a new car directly, which was a huge mistake. I'm paying at least a third over what I should be. I'll use Go Compare again next time, rather than use Churchill just because they're my current insurance company.”

“Claim process took forever which in turn made me lose out on driving my car for 3 months, and they’re not willing to reimburse or extend my insurance policy for that time. Also communication is poor!”

“Avoid Churchill and their hidden Breakdown Cover charges, I could not start my Mercedes at all, I knew that the problem was a security device fitted to the steering column, I called Churchill Breakdown services on the morning of the 4th of March this year, the operator told me that she would get a mechanic round to try and start the car, I repeatedly told her that it will not start and I needed a tow to a garage, she refused saying he has to try and start it and that because the car was in my driveway I had to pay £105 before anybody could attend, absolute robbery being held to ransom when I thought the breakdown cover did just that, cover me. So I had to pay and of course the guy could not start and the car was towed to a garage. Please do yourself a favour and avoid Curchill.”

“I chose Churchill car insurance from a selection offered on the Go Compare site. It was not the cheapest but offered the best match to my requirements. All documentation was supplied in a timely manner.”

“I had a non fault claim. Churchill supported my throughout with excellent prompt communications, and in their courtesy car service. My repair was sorted in super quick time, with no fuss. Best service I’ve ever experienced from an insurer.”
