“When trying to swap a piece of clothing I had purchased for my daughter because the size was labeled wrong, I was made to feel worthless by staff, the exchange was refused, and I was told to try selling the clothing on Kijiji. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism, or that your staff treats clients like this. We will never shop in your stores again.”

I did not pay as I realised it was a scam. They took me to court but didn't turn up. Case written off. Do not be taken in by this 'company'”
“Gave Clements my business for 2 years, When I asked for a cert of no claims it was not forthcoming. The period with Clements provides a bridge to all my previous years of no claims, all of which will be obsolete without cert from Clements. Been asking for a week now with no success. The broker that provided cover for the years before Clements provided the cert within 2 hours of request.

Especially the renewal process got worse and worse each year, this year they charged me without authorisation before the renewal on a quote I was still assessing! now I requested for a full refund and hope they will send it to me. “I am not a permanent resident in the UK, on international assignment relocated by big, reputable international company. Bought their insurance for a car about a year ago and it went really fine. Nothing to complain about. However, when I tried to renew it this year it appeared to be a disaster despite the fact that I have had zero claims and never even contacted them for a year. Firstly, the quote they provided over phone was not in line with final bill and they charged more than 10% extra w/o explaining why. Secondly, they created a mess providing misleading instructions for required documents, despite me being existing customer already. Thirdly, after already issuing insurance they are trying to cancel it inventing strange reason not routed in reality. They demand me sending them DVLA website check data requiring permanent insurance number to complete it. I could not perform it simply because I am not a permament resident and do only have temporary one which is perfectly fine. I have checked the issue with my company and KPMG consultants. Both said these guys do not know the laws and reason is just wrong. Net, net, second time they are expensive, unfriendly and simply unprofessional.”
