“Clements should be the last option. There customer service is not good. You won't even get an acknowledgement. There is no service policy. They give very limited options. Better to go for others like Admiral whose customer service is good.”

I have filled in all the forms on-line but something is wrong with the website, it freezes every time I click on "buy". I have sent two e-mails to them asking for advice, but no one seems to be checking the inbox let alone responding to customers.”
“I have been using Clements car insurance for nearly 3 years now. And for the 1st time need to replace the windshield of my car. To my suprise I was told that I should pay on my own for replacement- because there is no separate consideration for winshield replacement and is treated as a general accident (with full excess pay etc). I feel this is just rediculous and cheating the customers by NOT calling this out explicity when buying the insurnance. As far as I'm I'm aware- all other insurance providers treats it seperately.”
