Put in a claim for pet insurance. Have now had 4 emails asking for 'vet details' which have been returned in full each time. Called and waited approx. 20 mins for an answer after 2nd email - eventually filled in 'call back' which never happened! Called and waited approx. 30 mins after 3rd email and eventually spoke to somebody who said they'd sort it all out. A week later - another email asking for same information. Unfortunately you only see how good an insurance company is when you make a claim. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

I have investigated your comments and regrettably we have requested information from you when we already have it on our system. We are experiencing a high number of calls at present which is why the hold times are longer your call back request was missed. Still awaiting a claim for over 12 weeks with more and more hurdles to cross every other week

You refused to help with a claim saying the claim was put in to early when it wasn't, will not be using you again when it is up for renewal

Dear Mrs Mcmillan, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our decision with regards to allowing your claim. However, we do publish clear guidelines as to when a claim is allowable (for example in our policy wordings) and we have written to you to explain our decision. By mistake I took out accident only insurance which doesn't cover much at all. My dog tink had a operation to remove a Tumour . Which turned out to be malignant. She now has terminal cancer. My mistake not looking properly at the policy.

My dog was treated by my vet. and vets don't come cheap but my claim for the expense was met with no problems promptly and I am very pleased with the caring attitude of the staff who dealt with my claim

Dear Customer, we are very sorry about the delays you experienced with this claim. Your claim was added to our system on 8/7/16 and was caught in the delays we are experiencing with our Assessment Team. It was escalated on 8/8/16 and it was assessed the next day. Find a way to not cover even though the vet said it was clearly something which should have been.

Really impressed with computerquote. I took out a pet insurance policy at the beginning of the year and it was really straightforward, great cover at a brilliant price. Unfortunately, I have had to make a claim on the policy but the process was so straightforward, really impressed. The customer service is amazing, so friendly and helpful and I would recommend this company to everyone! Five Stars!

I haven't made a claim yet and I haven 't received a contract from them although the money is being deducted from my account. The amount charged per month is very reasonable. I feel a bit uneasy as I don't seem to have any information. Can you allay my fears by sorting this out for me?
