“Most insurance company's make everything difficult, claims, changes to your policy and sending your no claims. Devitt Insurance is the first company I've come across that makes all three easy! Immediately I had trouble with my previous insurer when trying to get my ncb (no claims bonus), knowing I only had a week to provide proof of ncb I began to become worried. I called up devitt and unlike most insurance company's customer service I was put through instantly rather then waiting hours in a line! They where extremely useful and kindly told me the date I had to send it in by and if I wanted to I could just give them my previous insurances number and they would sort it ou for me! I made a change to the policy and once again they where helpful and quick to in changing the policy! Devitt Insurance is definitely the insurance company to go for! No problems, no hassle and a helpful customer service line!”

“They are easy enough to deal with. Although as they are not actually an insurer they are not flexible, they cannot offer a deal when you speak to them in person. This is a little disappointing.”

“Could be more helpful-getting proof of ncb from previous insurer first person I spoke to no help at all on a later call trying to sort it out much better thanks to that man”

“Not a lot to say really the process is quite slick all on line unless you need help and you can talk to someone from personal experience who has always been polite and nice to talk to and resolved the query.”

“I've only had the need for insurance for a few years but out of the companies I've used Devitt are easily the best I've been with. The staff on the phone are very helpful and helped me out on any problems I've ever had whilst insured under them, they also gave me a very good quote for my insurance, I would 100% recommend Devitt to my friends and family.”

“I have been insured with Devitts many years with a break in-between, the break made me realise just how brilliant Devitt and more importantly the Devitt team are. They talk to you like a friend not just another customer, and they really do take the time to look for the best most competitive deal. I recommend them to my closest friends and I would not do that lightly. Weather getting or quote or renewing a policy, Devitts would always be top of my list.”

“I needed to insure my motorcycle and wanted a quote that would put me back on the road so i began exploring all the insurance sites on the internet, i came across Devitt insurance, i had heard of them so they were not an obscure bunch who had just come on the market, i gave them my details and quite frankly thought to myself is this guy kidding me or not?, i thought i had miss heard the quote i had just been given, and said "that is for the year"?, "yes" came back the reply. I snapped up the offer, and i am now back on the road with a very big smile, my insurance this year is a very good deal. To the Devitt team thank you. I liked the quote i was given, i liked the hassle free process of starting my policy, i only had one form to submit with my proof of no claims, a fast hassle free experience that got me motorcycling quickly and at a bargain price.”

“I used these guys years ago to insure my Mountain Bike, they were over £100 cheaper for my bike insurance even though I only moved 4 miles away, the other company wanted nearly double! Not needed to claim, but I am sure that they will be a breeze to communicate with and hope I don't need to use them! Found through a popular insurance company, I would thoroughly recommend looking directly at them in the future. They even offer 90 day euro cover for free.”
