“I used to have an amazing life and credit score but that changed last year when I couldn't pay at once, the entire balance of my accumulated medical bill. Although I set up a payment plan with the collections agency but the debt continued to crumple my credit score even as I kept paying it. I thank BoostmyCredIT @ FastservIce dot Com, a reputable credit specialist I found on Quora who helped in clearing the situation and restoring my credit back to its previous high credit score. Words ain't just enough.”

Unfortunately, mugshots can be humiliating, even at the cost of your life, because they imply that the portrayed individual is associated with some sort of criminal act even if you were eventually found innocent. “No I would never ever use this insurance again uter theives my lad insured a moped with them but it brock after 3 days itched to ring debit but held in a queue then phone hung up after 45 mins rang again same so I emailed them to swap policy to another motorcycle but no reply this was on 13 April 2022 I am still tying to get intouch with them but it seems impossible they take your money and then you can't get hold to speak to to swap insurance as I result I had to insure the bike with another company and sent a email To debit to cancel my policy as I had 14 days cooling of period so I had cover with debit for 2 or3 days they took a ,£70.00 pound instalment now they are saying that I ow them another £119.00 to cancel to policy taking the insurance for 3 days to near£200.00 pounds into is now 19 May and have still not had a email back would never use them stay well clear. You have been warned”

“Awful...I told them not to auto-renew and they sent me the insurance and charge. Trying to contact them for 3 days......KEEP AWAY...THESE GUYS ARE GENUINE CON ARTISTS.”

“I’ve been with Devitts for 3 years on auto renewal because they are reasonably priced, and I’ve never had any issues with them. I spent almost 2 hours on hold to get through to an operator. I’ve just had to cancel my insurance as I have sold my bike. My annual premium was £117, and I’ve just been charged £70 to cancel 3 months into the year. Seems a bit excessive to charge so much, more than 60% of my premium to leave after 3 years loyalty. Daylight robbery.”

“took £197 of me two weeks ago for a new policy which i paid in full, i told them who my old insurance was with and the policy number to receive a email yesterday which i had to further log into stating id not provided my no claims bonus and they'd cancelled my policy to refund me £72. my no claims were only 2 years and they could of at least called me or sent a letter. this makes me feel that there nothing but scammers and cant be trusted. the no claims was sent straight away as i had it on email but they still refuse to reinstate my policy. DONT TRUST THESE SCUM BAGS AS THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND NEEDS SORTING. ON MOST SITES THEY GET TO APPROVE REVIEWS AND OBVIOUSLY ONLY AGREE TO POSITIVE.”

“Don’t ever ever take a policy out with this Broker they are useless. You’ll spend anywhere between 1-2hrs hanging on the phone trying to speak to the,. Don’t ever pay for the policy monthly, they say have never received bank details and try and charge you a default payment of £25.00 and do this every month. Absolute shambles of a company, avoid at all costs”

“I had a high credit utilization, that normally reduces credit limits and chances of getting loans or acquiring new homes. I was expecting my first baby and needed to have her in a new home but I had a low credit score as well. “Policy ended in June. 2 months later they took £100 out my bank by mistake. Got refunded 3 days later after numerous phone calls. Said it wouldn't happen again. Now it's 5 months since I have been a customer of Devitt and they took £100 out my bank unauthorised AGAIN. Waiting for refund yet again due to their mistake. But caused me to miss a mortgage payment. Thanks!!!!”

“My bike got stolen so phoned them to transfer my insurance policy to another bike so I got changed 75£ for cancellation fees , then get new policy for the new bike after 5 days I’ve decided to sell the bike , phoned them to cancel it poand they said that I will be charge another 75£ after I been told that I have 14 days to cancel it free of charge SCAMMER STAY AWAY”

“Great as long as you don't need to cancel due to a global pandemic. Excruciating cancellation fees. Failed DD fees AFTER cancellation. No warnings before attempting to take payment on aDD they no is cancelled, repeatedly. Robbers, scum and treat their customers like they're running a protection racket.”

“Avoid like the plague - hidden charges AFTER policies are taken out - tried to charge £75 cancellation fee for no reasonable reason for a policy active for 10 days, yes 10 days on annual premium of £220 - highway robbery is alive and well - STEER CLEAR OF DEVITT”
