“Great, friendly service when originally buying my insurance, and very competitive price! Since then I tried to contact them numerous times about a form I needed to return, and it's basically impossible to speak to anyone. Was on hold for over 20 minutes on two occasions, and once requested a call back which never came. Also no response to three emails I sent. Otherwise had no problems so far, and happy with the cover and price.”

“Being told that the queue for an assistant is so long that I would need to book a call for the following day. On calling the following day at 8.30am opening time, it still took 10 minutes for call to be answered. Clearly under-resourced.”

If you are busy and on the run Devitt can guarantee that you will be held in limbo for as long as possible causing as much disruptions as possible. Their highly trained staff make it their lifes work to waste your time for as long as possible all so you can stay legal, yes it's unfortunate but this insurance company will have you by the privates the second you click accept.”

“Great on price but there is always a queue when phoning them. I have been kept queuing from between 20 minutes to 40 minutes before getting to speak to someone. There has never been a time that I have got through to someone in under 20 minutes. Unacceptable.”
