I usually shop around every year for the best deal for car insurance as I can always find a much better deal than the high price for renewal quoted but after a phone call with customer services they offered a competitive price undercutting other quotes. I would prefer the renewal quote sent out to a ‘valued customer’ to reflect the actual price for renewing with the same insurance broker and not the inflated price shown in the next year’s quote please! It would feel more transparent and less underhanded. Just sayin’!

I got through to a customer service rep on the phone very quickly and they reduced my renewal price to an amount I was very happy with.

Upto date they've not gotten back to me after contacting them, yet on the phone as they couldn't solve my issue, l was promised a call back and no one bothered.

I have only had experience with this company in obtaining and renewing a policy, both acts were quite simply and straight forward with no problems.

Auto renew took place without offering a renewal price .by passing any comparisions ONLY found out by banking audit. Customer service had to be contacted. then process of refund to my Bank had to take place. on a clerical error /machine error to over charge that I had to question never before had this happened Hope it does not happen to anyone else.

The only complaint I have is you don't send out the policy. I don't have a printer so I can't print it out.
