Very disappointed following a sudden increase in my premium after I had been given my annual charge I called and was after 35 minutes and three people later the third who was very rude to me , was cut off. Not happy with the service at all and unable to get a clear picture of why my premium gas shot up by almost £100 a month.

Motor ins. Wait 20 mins for connection. About to pay lost connection. Phoned again.got contact .told to hold on . Received message ,office closed.!! They did not make me happy.!!

phoned to get a quote for a second car i have a van insured with you but my van as got engine trouble so i took it off the road so i needed to insure a little run about but the agent i was talking to did not help or give me a quote just the opposite and cut me off with no reply very surprised at the poor service.

Due to being very busy with other things, I only seen my renewal emails after it was too late. You have added almost £30 ( A MONTH!) onto my van insurance. I have made no claims, have several years no claims bonus, have been driving for 24 years. how the hell can you just bang it up another 30 quid a month? What's the reasoning behind this, makes absolutely no sense.

On the phone for hours in an attempt to sort out an issue, subsequent agents demonstrated poor or no knowledge in relation to my situation and I was constantly put on hold and promised a call back! I eventually and reluctantly cancelled my renewal and went elsewhere, really disappointed.

Because not had a accident and my insurance as shot up so I will be looking elsewhere when it’s up for renewal

Been with DD for years - no issues, no claims, price always been reasonable compared to the market comparisons. This year went up by 35% ish - no claims etc etc. Phoned and managed to get a whopping 5% off the renewal price (which worked out just slightly under those elsewhere). But shouldn't have been stitched up by such an extent. Will give myself more time next year to look around properly and go elsewhere.

Im an OAP with a 100% record of no claims but was still asked to pay £170 more on me on renewing my car insurance. I think this quote was grossly unfair and way too expensive, I only live on my meagre pension.

Been with Dial Direct for about six year's and everything has been really good until this year. My policy price rose by over twenty five per cent and when I complained about it the response was very disappointing, I will definitely change to another insurer next year

Was very happy when first joined. Not so much with renewal. Doubled in price upon renewal. No claims 9 years plus.

My insurance price went up over double than previous year for same cover not happy but all insurance companies have doubled prices where do companies think people are getting money from ?

I thought my insurance covered breakdown.To my dismay RAC quoted £195 to come to the scene and fix a new tyre. I went elsewhere and got a new tyre for a lot less. Can you tell me why my insurance did not cover this?

Disappointing (although understandable)increase in premium so I phoned to inquire if that was the best price they could offer the operative in the call centre was difficult to understand and didn’t seem understand what I was asking. I eventually gave up and paid the premium, hopefully I will have a mor positive experience next year 🤞

My insurance was put up to £30a month from £17.I phoned and got a reduced payment.I don’t know why it wasn’t given in the first time.🤬🤬
