“Have been their loyal customers for the past 6 years but renewal price wa far too expensive! Great insurers don’t get me wrong, but need to support their loyal customers far more!”

“Hi, last year when I went for this deal with elephant insurance company, after a month one of your advertiser called me saying there is a chance I can pay less, I work for a car company and I was about to get a company car, but then it didn't happen, so I said to the lady no there is no need for discount, then a month later I found out I won't get a company car, so I called elephant back asking for less payment because a months ago someone called me that there is a chance for that, and that someone said no it's too late. Is there any chance I can claim some money back? Thank you in advance.”

“Average. Standard and facility didn't match whilst giving courtesy car. Giving Fiat 500 was very poor in replace of Range Rover Evoque.”

“Cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and still got charged a penalty and they TRIED charging us more, which would have been against the Trade Practices Act. Had to battle against them for that and they did back down, but very unclear that any costs would be incurred because we informed them within the 'cooling off period' and HAD been told that we could cancel the policy within that time. Even with the cancellation penalty, we saved hundreds getting insurance elsewhere.”

“Cheap quote spoilt by greedy insurance firm charging £19-95 to remove cherished plate and a further £19-95 to swap from one car to another!! will never use again whatever the price!!!”

“Mistakes in invoicing / billing left me uninsured for 10 days without my knowledge. Elephant did correct this and restart my insurance, but it shouldn't have happened. Renewal time came and again they ignored my call to change my address, send the renewal to an old address, leaving me (again) unisured for a few days. Pretty bad overall and not the best price.”
