“Greedy insurance I have changed my car and my insurance gone up from £40 to £57 I have 10 years no claim bonus I couldn't believe it. I had six months left in my insurance so I had no choice but to pay £57 for the rest of term. But when I checked complaints against 1st alternative then I was surprised because so many people had a complaint against them so they had not only miss about with me but with many other as well. I won't renew with them but also will advice others to stay away from them. Absolutely rubbish”
“Easy and clear to understand. Only thing is you need to get cover at a cost to drive abroad. Unfortunately they do not have full driving abroad cover on any policy.”
