“Jessica really made it easy to change the vehicle on my policy. She was very easy to understand and explained everything so I had a full understanding of costs etc. Very polite and professional. It was a pleasure talking to her.”

“Just spoken with Hayley Lipscomb to change my cover over as I have a new car. She was really helpful and friendly and explained how just swopping cover was better than starting again as I have just over a month before my renewal date and earning a year of no claims. I've used First for my car insurance for a few years now and they always look for the best deal and have for me been the most competitive each time”
