I was never told that even if I cancel within cooling off period I will have to pay £60 as admin charges. On complaining, I was told that its part of our T&Cs. Total rip off!

Well, you haven't yet. Had policy for nearly 2 weeks and still cannot view my 'online portal'. first phone I made said she would re send the link- it never arrived. The phone call today- I was advised to email required documentation to documents@first.co.uk. I just hope that the documents are received in time and that I don't get charged for system/user error.

Way way way way too many messages from you!! I just paid for my insurance I do not then want endless texts, calls and emails about no claims, direct debits and other things.

I made a mistake on the first review with the name. Firstly I was disappointed today with the increase in premium. However, Caitlyn Allen was very helpful and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

They provided me with a quote online, I went ahead and bought the policy. They then sent me an email to tell me i'm not insured until someone phones me. During the phone call they went through all the information i provided and even tho it was exactly the same as I had done online they increased the quote by £800. complete waste of time!

Do not insure yourself with this company. In the short time I was with them I got cut off 4 times and only managed to speak to someone when I pressed the option for new customers (which was answered in seconds). Misleading quotes Whether you cancel the policy within 1 minute for 14 days you incur an £85 charge. 38% interest rate on pay monthly policies And all other fees for changes are astronomical. Avoid like the plague.

Jess was friendly knowledgeable and polite and listend to my query. Call was answered promptly and Jess went away to find out the answer and agreed a call back that was convenient to me.
