Just hope you never need to make a claim! They left us without a courtesy car for nine days and whenever we tried to chase progress we got passed around from one number to another. Absolutely shambolic service!

Hi Simon, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our level of service and also that you have been involved in a claim. Courtesy cars are available for the duration of repairs if an approved repairer is used but sometimes the vehicle needs to be assessed to determine whether it is repairable before a courtesy car can be supplied. In cases of this nature the supplying of a courtesy car will be delayed. After selling policy, they kept asking for proof of no claims, and proof of mileage. They treat you like a criminal. I would not use them again.

Hi Geoff, Thanks for your comments. We appreciate your feedback. I am sorry that you are not happy with our service but it is standard procedure for us to ask for supporting documentation and most insurers will request proof of no claims bonus if applicable. The reason we ask for documentation is so that we can verify the information that has been supplied. This allows us to protect the insurance schemes that we have access to and in turn offer the most competitive prices we can for our customers. Kind regards Simon

I have found this company excellent and amazingly helpful , having renewed my policy online they phoned me to see if anything had changed , having explained I added some security to the land rover I was told they would refund me £40 for the security and onboard camera , never before has an insurance company gave me money back , they are hard to beat for both price and value and I would highly recommend them to anyone

absolutely disgusting service. they made an error on my policy stating i had taken a policy out with them on a provisional liscence, even though it was their error! i sent numerous poictures and proof of my liscence and no claims, yet the error wasnt picked up they then tried to take a years no claims discount off me due to this. it took numerous phone calls and a phone call from a very helpful lady at me new insurance to ring them to confirm i had 3 years no claims. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! God knows what would have happened if i had ever needed to claim with them!

This company is happy to grab your Money and charge administration fees then cancel your policy unless you pay more, very bad experience

Absolute abysmal. Offer you a good competitive insurance quote for you take the bait then once signed up they are a absolute nightmare. Customer service is appalling. Treatment of customers is disgraceful. Customer service come out with complete utter lack of knowledge concerning performance motors. Insure your motor then devalue your motor by nearly half without informing customer. Stalk and pester you for documentation so you do all the work for them but then can't be bothered to send out required documents such as ncb when you really need them. I'm a petrol head and on a lot of forums and this is the growing reputation of this shoddy penny pinching company. Never use again. Avoid like the plague.

Because of an IT issue at point of sale I have had to cancel my policy. No ownership of the problem, no promised call backs, over 4 hours on the phone to resolve and none of it my fault. Now subject to a financial ombudsman complaint. The worst customer service experience I have ever had from any company

Late delivery of important car insurance documentation appalling, twice in 2 weeks, which left my wife and me not able to drive our cars. They lied several times regarding the dispatch of the documentation advising that they had sent it only to state the following day that it had been sent on another day, Still have not received it 6 days later. I suggest you use another insurance broker.

A lot of faffing taking photos of the car sending docs in then worrying they weren't insuring car didn't know car had alloys has standard on model I had etc had to ring about a dozen times at start of policy to sort out won't be renewing with them that's for sure

Got a quote fair enough it was decent price (bait). After two months my policy has been cancelled and charged over 50% of policy price reason being that i have not sent documents that i have already sent. Worst experience with an insurance company ever

When they ring you and request document over the phone, they re-calculate the policy much higher price. Just watch out

Rip-off merchants - over £200 in charges. STAY AWAY! Absolute con-men. I signed up around 9 years ago and had my policy on auto-renew. I never had any contact with them until last month, when I wanted to change my car. My new quote was for £798.80 (3rd party only), within minutes I found a quote online (with Admiral) for £429 (fully comprehensive). Adrian Flux are happy to take your money, but if you need to change the car or cancel your policy they find HUNDREDS of pounds (over £200 in my case) worth of charges to screw you over. STAY AWAY! Also, I was on hold for 20 minutes, when the rep asked if she could put me on hold again, i said no and asked her to call me back; she refused and put me on hold for a further 10 minutes. SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY!

They agree your quote then 2 days later ring you to say they want more money or they cansel not good at all
