MY NUMBER IS 37611026 SIMON LETS SEE WHAT YOU DO ABOUT THIS . AVOID this company. They are cowboys. It was not clear that I signed up for a smart box with my insurance. This arrived in the post via courier. I was not sure what it was but opened the box genuine mistake! I found out I have to put this gadget which measures miles on the windscreen and have trailing wires running over my Aston Martin. (I dont mind miles being measured but object to wires) I phoned the company and said I did not want this gadget stuck to my windscreen they said because I opened the OUTER packaging (I have not opened the inner packaging) I have now to pay £195 if I want to cancel my insurance which was due to start in 6 days. If I had used the gadget and my insurance started then they may have a point for a charge of some sort but my insurance had not started and I only opened the outer packaging! AVOID AVOID AVOID. £195 FOR OPENING OUTER PACKAGING. I AM CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMEN AND TRADING STANDRDS DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. NOW INSURED WITH PRIVILIGE 14 DAY COOLING OFF PROPER COMPANY RUN AS IT SHOULD BE. DO NOT USE THEM AVOID AVOID AVOID. USE AT YOUR PERIL. IWILL UPDATE WHAT SIMON HAS DONE ON THIS BOARD.

A bit expensive but it was expected after a mistake by my previous provider who accidently gave wrong information to me as i was renewing. It was too late to do anything else but accept a more expensive Insurer as my Insurance was due before i received an apology so had no other choice but to accept Flux's offer.

I found the cancellation charges were extreme. Customer service was slow. Would not reccommend or use again.

It is impossible to log on to the online account and I am not the only one as my friend has the same trouble. They keep texting me to say my black box has no charge when it has plenty aswell.

Takes forever to get through to them and they are not very flexible on policy changes and if they do let you they charge a massive premium. Will not be renewing with them when the time comes

I had an accident that wasn't my fault with a foreign driver, I thought that with her being from abroad and she was going back to Germany the next day it was never going to get sorted and I was going to be well out of pocket. having never claimed in over 20 yrs I didn't know the procedures but with Flux and all there associates I had a hire car within the day and my old land rover was back on the road within a month, like I said I haven't claimed in years so I don't know if that's a good time limit or not but it seemed bloody good to me, when I thought I was stepping through an insurance minefield that was going to take months. So great stuff really, no complaints here. Thanks

Initial set up was quite good, but a slighjt muddle over documents that took a little while to sort out. I was very surprised by the amount of the additional charges for adding two named drivers to the policy

Luckily haven't had to claim but their helpfulness in setting up the extra insurance we needed as disabled driver were extremely good and helpful

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and can't even process simple paperwork submitted. Recently tried to insure a car, provided all the DVLA license codes etc even the hard copies of the driving license checks. They kept asking for the same information that I kept on sending, even copied in myself but they kept of saying i was missing information. Policy was cancelled and a big bill for something I never used. PLEASE DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

A price for insurance was agreed and paid by me. Within 2 days they cancelled the policy and wanted £200 more saying I was using the vehicle for work, I told them I was not. They still cancelled and refunded the money minus £30+ and refused to give it back to me.
