The purchase of the policy was easy.After the purchase you have to supply all documents by scanning online. All communications have to be made online. You can't speak to an agent, it's all done online which is the modern way of conducting business but I prefer to speak to an agent

Much more economical than my previous policy and with a name I knew. Hope never to need to claim though!

I change my car after 3 months and had a nightmare getting hold of a phone number and then they were totally unhelpful and said they were an On-line company only and didn't do anything by phone. Somewhat unusual for an Insurance group. They also took over £60 for cancelling fee so decided I'd go elsewhere - appalling NON service all round. Would never use them again nor recommend them - but advise how bad they are!

very bad customer service. waited on the phone for 1hr30mins to speak to someone. and the issue has still not been resolved. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

As a first time applicant to anon line service I found it a little difficult. However the guidance was very good an patient. I was very happy with the service.

Easy to use, but can't get any customer service after the first month it seems. Also, they think they'll be charging me £1000 for next years insurance but Hastings are offering £500, every other insurance company are offering similar. Nice try, but you're not getting me to shell out double just because you were the cheapest on my first year of insurance.

I have never known a company where you cannot speak to someone in person. I am having trouble accessing my details online and no matter how I try I cannot get to speak to anyone. This is not good customer service MB from Leeds

Stupid policy with no claims. You can't use the years on more than one policy.

The policy was easy to take out but I had to cancel it after a few months as the new car I bought (which was a new model) was apparently not yet on their database; they were very helpful and dealt with the matter very well.
