Also because of this was I charged more for last years policy because of this? I was told today by someone in the c/s service team that they were listed as my fault.

Absolutely abysmal customer service they will do anything to get out of paying up for a claim, have been with these for years but didn't realise how bad they are until I tried to make a non fault claim.

A very poor customer service..auto renewal added without permission. Asked for it to be removed and they never did had to get in touch again and still never did. . Fish and chippy setup Tosspots

Terrible service! Avoid!!!!! Renewal quote came in at nearly £500 while another insurer came in at nearly half £279! They’re auto renewal is a scam and now trying to charge me £85 for cancelling which I’m not paying, and passed it on to a debt collection company! See you in court!

Phoned customer service this evening and in not so many words told tuff should have checked my renewal, I hold my hands up I missed it and it has cost me £45 to cancel my policy tonight , renewed elsewhere for £198 not the £489 those robbing twats would have charged me.

I’ve had to change insurance company as GLADIATOR have decided to nearly double renewal policy (13yrs no claims) Customer service might aswell be talking to a robot!!! Had to go elsewhere as there quote was a joke. Now been sent my no claims bonus through the post and and there saying I’ve made a claim which is untrue Avoid Avoid Avoid

Shocking customer service. Added a named driver to the policy which as I expected increased my policy, but when I came to remove the name driver three months later, my personal policy doubled in price, when discussed with the 'customer service assistant' he said 'well you are free to cancel the policy at anytime Sir' to which I relied okay lets cancel it to which he relied 'that's a further £49 for cancelling'

I would say there customer service must be one of the worst in the industry. They cancelled my policy for not receiving documents, even though I sent them and I had the email to prove it. Then they did not refund my £1,300 and kept hold of it to earn interest on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
