“Effectively this is a LV policy without the normal overheads and therefore is much better value than the equivalent policy direct from LV. I had a LV policy for many years and had assumed that they would reward my loyalty. I was not amused when I discovered that this was not the case. A discussion about this with a member of LV staff brought forth no apology.”

“Went online to get a quote after my insurer massively increased the price of my insurance for no reason it could give. I checked the offers online and got a quote for a great deal less with increased cover from the same insurer. The Halifax! Why is it I can get what I want and better from the same insurer as long as I go online and avoid speaking to anything remotely living? I will be asking for quotes online once more this year. Halifax is NOT certain of my business.”
