Excellent from start to finish for contents insurance. Had to make two claims, one for a damaged hob and one for a stolen bike. Both handled professionally and speedily. Customer service a delight. Genuingly surprised at how good my experience has been.

After it was stolen, my claim was accepted and I was directed to a “validation service” who said the current version of my bike is apparently built to a higher specification so they could only offer me a bike they said is to an equivalent spec to mine .
”

After reading the reviews on other sites I was wary when I had to ring to change payment date after a technical glitch online . But I have to say the customer service adviser was pleasant , helpful and even rang me back when she had sorted it.so I’m impressed at her efficiency.
