Terrible service. Getting passed from department to department and it's like they don't update there system so you have to explain everything over and over again

They unprofessional disgusting self centre individuals working please for you own respect don't deal with this company. They ask very personal and imitate details of your family and status and make up wrong assumptions of your car of your car absolutely horrifying In almost 35 years of driving and insuring my cars I have never heard such self centred and egotistical senrior staff with no feelings and care for human life Please do not insure with this company they are like lions waiting in the den for innocent prey!

£50 just to change my address after 7 months, my wifes change when we made this house move saw her get money back from her insurer!

the price went up from £1000 to £1600 because of nothing at all, they said the price online was a "guide" and was on a live system. Why the f**k waste my time getting me to call in andtake it out? I think its just to get you to call them so they can bump the price up!! Took an hour to get the quote and then they wwanted my no claims bonus up front, treated me like a criminal, they even described my house and asked me what colour my front door was- why would they do that? something fishy about this shower of s**t I am fuming

A cancellation turns in to a shopping list of who you owe and how much you've paid in. New car so had to cancel. Now they want £90 odd to cancel the insurance. AVOID THEM.NOTHING BUT RUDE MONEY GRABBING C***S

i am phoning martyn lewis ,and going to ombudsman, it says quite clearly on line that you have a 14 day cancellation period!!!

what a terrible company ,i would advice anybody not too go with them,disgusting take money from your bank ,even though you cancelled, wont give you money back,i decided against ,taking my insurance out with them after a very long boring phone call, didnt understand what he was on about,so at end off phone call ,i said i dont want it ,he wasnt very happy ,they went into my mothers bank and took the money anyway, they said they would give me it back minus £ 75 cancellation fee,still waiting

Their attitude stinks after they've got your money! No professionalism! Just a bunch of worthless cunts, I've never come across a company that treats their clients with shit customer skills! No wonder they're cheap! Lemonade standards!

Absolutely the worst car insurance I have ever had to deal with! I thought it was great price, but let's be honest I knew it will probably be low standards and it surely was! After few months with insurer, I moved and I needed to change my address. The new place didn't have parking space therfore car had to be parked on road away from home, hint why they wanted £456 extra on top of my £51 monthly premium. Tried to find out best and cheapest parking solution, I was hoping that customer service would be able to help me. Not at all! Spoke to 2 different advisers, they had no interest in helping me or even to listen to what actually I'm trying to achieve! 3rd time the girl was useful , however she said that I would have to pay full amount of £456, but they'll do me a favour and accept it within 4 instalments. Do me a favour? A favour would be to do what asked and up my monthly premium instead insisting paying money straight away, putting me in a very difficult financial situation! Found new insurer, so I called ignition to find out how much it will cost me to cancel."If you cancel today, you'll have to pay £74, but you can't cancel over the phone, you have to email to us" WHAT????! Ok email straight away to cancel immediately stating date 09.01.17 at 14:00. Received automated email that they received my email. Next day receive email "We have received notification that you want to cancel your policy from 10.01.17, that will cost £81" SERIOUSLY? Called customer service, explained situation, asked to speak manager... "We don't have manager here" USEFUL... Asked to listen to phone call from previous day, adviser said she'll speak to manager and call me back... I THOUGHT SHE SAID THERE WASN'T ONE THERE?!? Called back "it will take a while to listen to call, so we agreed to take your word for it and lower it to £74" IN OTHER WORDS MANAGER CAN'T BE BOTHERED... By the way every time you call customer, it takes 20-30min for someone to answer. I don't have unlimited minutes therefore it cost me fortunes! DO NOT USE THIS CAR INSURANCE. PRICE MIGHT BE GOOD BUT YOU'LL BACK FOR IT WHEN THE PROBLEM ARISE. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER!

terrible attitude from customer service advisors ,extortionate admin fees and charges for simple car changes, i even thought i had a bad driving record turns out on system all points had been cleared and void but ignition still decided to treat me as a convicted driver as the premium was higher that way even though DVLA say all clear ...crooks stay clear from these guys

Would give -1 stars if possible. Unfortunately had no choice but to use this company for insurance & every time I call I'm on hold for at least 15 mins then get told I'll be called back- which never happens. They add on "-snub fees" for absolutely everything even & constantly give misinformation. Do not use!!

Really bad attitude. Spent best part of an hour on the phone . After they requested proof of ncb to start policy,emailed across the policy i cancelled earlier on in the year with proof from market study and wasnt good enough call ended and lost my business lucky escape i think
