“I had the pleasure of dealing with your representative Mike Mackin. Mike was excellent and a pleasure to deal with as he really took time to understand my needs and the circumstances in which I found myself. He was a true ambassador for the company and delivered an excellent service resulting in affordable payments and complete customer satisfaction. Additionally, I found him to be very efficient and he immediately followed up on an enquiry I had, personally ringing me and offering the reassurance I sought”

“Literally the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. I will never use this company again. Changed policy and all it’s details including payments without notifying me. Ombudsman told me tat it was a serious legal issue if they have and I was entitled to complain, I’m just glad I’ve moved to another company. Very rude staff don’t know what they’re doing and managers who give attitude.”
