“I was quoted with extortionate prices from other insurance companies but Insurance Factory Ltd came up with a fraction of the other high quotes due to a previous driving conviction which happened in 2018. I will definitely renew my car insurance with Insurance Factory again. Friendly and very helpful staff. Thanks to a great service!”

“Ian is a great assett to the company he is so warm and friendly, polite, helpful defo a people person. He went above and beyond to help checked we understood AND was happy with everything we discussed. He explained everything without rushing couldnt of spoke to anyone politer.
