“Ian Quinn Ian thank you so much for making my first experience with the insurance factory a pleasant one. You went through everything I needed to know and even broke it down when I didn’t understand something. Ian you are an asset to the company this world needs more people like you working in customer service. You helped me out with a great quote which is much cheaper than my what my renewal came through as. I’m glad I chose the insurance factory. Ian even took the time to call be back the next day when he noticed my email was entered wrong.”

“Customer Service team were extremely polite and friendly, making the process as easy as possible. Wasn't put on hold for long at all! Spoke to one lady who directed me to Ian and as I'd never done the whole process of car insurance by myself before, he made me feel really comfortable and we had a laugh together! (He deserves a raise!!!)”
