“ I must of took my policy out at the right time :-)) judging by the other reviews had nothing but excellent customer service through insure the box had a couple of problems at the start with my battery but they have been out 3 times and checked everything over since then no problems at all even from ringing customer services to keep them updated that I was changing my battery got through straight away on the phone and it was Xmas period too the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me very pleased with the service and will recommend to anyone thankyou insure the box :-D ”
