“Straightforward web site purchase. The 'optional extras' such as Legal Cover are only selectable after you go to purchase/pay, so to see the cost impact on the final bill you need to be there. You can drop out before paying if you don't like the costs. I selected to receive docs by mail, but it would have been quicker by email .... and if you need your policy number promptly that appears to be the better option, as account/logon details take some hours to arrive.”
